Hydraulic binder obtained as a product in a cement plant, containing Portland clinker as the essential constituent, small amounts of calcium sulfate, and the optional incorporation of up to 5% of minor components. These minor components may be natural minerals or materials derived from the clinker manufacturing process, specifically selected, or some of the additions defined in IRAM 50.000 (granulated blast furnace slag, pozzolans, or limestone filler).
